This joyful and vibrant digital painting created by Francine Fox features two hummingbirds set against an abstracted geometric wave of color. The inspiration for this piece comes from research into the color vision capabilities of hummingbirds. It is hypothesized that not only can these beautiful little creatures see ultraviolet light, but also a range of color combination that are unique to ultraviolet light vision.
